Instead of “all-or-nothing” or “no pain, no gain” mindsets, you’ll focus on cultivating mind-body connection, so that you can move your body in a way that’s intentional, empowering, sustainable … and maybe even FUN.

Our personal training sessions and group fitness classes work the entire body with an emphasis on strength, mobility, and stability. Everybody and every body is encouraged to attend — at Shadow Cat Fitness, we’re all rooting for one another, taking breaks is normal and expected, and each exercise is customizable for your needs.
